Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium apple cubed
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon (Ceylon Cinnamon)
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • In a pan add the apple and honey and cinnamon and cook until the apples are soft. Let it cool completely.
  • Take a bowl add the chia seeds first and then pour in the milk, vanilla. Add the stewed apples it. Mix and leave it in the fridge for about 4 to 6 hours or you can leave it overnight.
  • Pour the chia pudding in to 2 medium sized jars and top it with almond slices cubed fresh apples and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon. Have it right away.

Notes

Always add the chia seeds first before pouring in the milk. You can use coconut milk too.
Make sure to use Ceylon cinnamon and not cassia it enhances the flavour without over powering it.
You can add any type of nuts and seeds to make it more nutritious.
